    In north-central Serbia, the land is flat and fertile, with a well-developed agricultural sector. Numerous crop and livestock farms rely on stable electricity to sustain their production. However, the local power grid faces issues such as unstable power supply and high electricity costs. Equipment like water pumps for sprinkler systems and temperature-controlled oxygen supply units often shut down due to power outages or voltage fluctuations, causing electricity troubles and production losses for the farms. To address this pain point, Hua Power has deployed 30kW/60kWh user-side energy storage projects for 3 local farms. Leveraging its core technologies, the projects enable PV energy storage for self-consumption and off-grid backup power, meeting the farms' electricity needs. The integrated outdoor PV-storage cabinet adopted in the projects incorporates a number of key technologies: Grid/off-grid switching technology: It can automatically switch the power supply mode based on the status of the municipal power grid, ensuring continuous electricity supply for the farms. Intelligent BMS: It can real-time monitor battery parameters such as voltage and temperature, optimize the battery charging and discharging strategy through algorithms, extend the service life, and enhance safety. Self-developed EMS: It intelligently dispatches the energy distribution among PV, municipal power, diesel generators, and energy storage, ensuring efficient electricity utilization. In addition, the multi-unit parallel technology design reserves expansion space for the farms to scale up production and increase electricity load in the future. During the project implementation, the Hua Power team provided full-process services. From the early-stage investigation of the farms' electricity needs, system scheme design, to equipment installation and commissioning, and training for operation and maintenance personnel, all processes were followed up by professional engineers to ensure the energy storage system was highly adapted to the farms' electricity usage scenarios. After the project was put into operation, the electricity generated by PV panels is prioritized for powering the farms' equipment during the day, and the surplus electricity is stored in the batteries, maximizing the utilization efficiency of PV energy. When the PV power generation is insufficient, the energy storage batteries discharge to power the loads; alternatively, the system automatically switches to the municipal power mode. When the battery power is low, the municipal power fast charging function is activated to ensure the continuous operation of critical equipment such as water pumps for sprinkler systems. Data shows that after the implementation of the project, the farms' electricity self-sufficiency rate has significantly increased, electricity expenses have been greatly reduced, and the risk of production interruptions has been eliminated, which has been highly recognized by the users. The successful implementation of this project demonstrates Hua Power's comprehensive strength in energy storage technology R&D and project services. In the future, Hua Power will continue to optimize its technical solutions and improve its service level to provide more reliable energy solutions for agricultural and industrial and commercial users around the world.
    Recently, the 160kW/335kWh energy storage project located in Dezhou, Shandong Province was officially delivered, helping the wire harness factory to improve the stability of the power system and reduce the cost of electricity. Co-operation Overview The service is a wire harness design, production, sales and service as one of the technical production-oriented enterprises, the project not only meets the factory power strategy, to achieve peak shaving to fill in the valley, to help enterprises to reduce the cost of electricity at the same time also improve the overall efficiency and stability of the power system. Installation environment The climate of Dezhou City is warm temperate continental monsoon climate, four distinct seasons, dry and wet seasons are obvious, prone to extreme weather, prone to droughts and floods in summer, and prone to cold and dry climate in winter, the city's average annual precipitation of 547.5mm, the last five years of history of extreme high/low temperatures of 44 ℃ and -20 ℃. Hua Power designed a 160kW/335kWh energy storage solution based on the plant conditions, consisting of two air-cooled all-in-one energy storage cabinets with rated power/capacity of 60kW/120kWh and 100kW/215kWh respectively. The two integrated energy storage cabinets are IP54 rated and can adapt to ambient temperatures ranging from -20°C to 50°C, which is in line with the Texas climate and meets the customer's outdoor application requirements. This project saves the customer's operating costs, guarantees the stability of the power system, ensures the continuity of the factory's production and operation, brings greater economic benefits to the customer, and enhances the competitiveness of the wire harness factory and the ability to adapt to the market.     Recently, Hua Power completed commissioning and officially delivered two 1MW/1.72MWh liquid-cooled energy storage container projects in Prague, Czech Republic, marking a significant breakthrough for Hua Power in the field of grid frequency regulation in Europe. The project was jointly developed by Hua Power and a local energy company. Through advanced liquid-cooled energy storage technology, it provides the Czech grid with efficient and precise frequency regulation services, supporting energy structure transformation and improving grid stability. 1. Project background: Frequency modulation requirements under the European energy transition As the penetration rate of renewable energy in Europe continues to rise, the demand for grid flexibility is becoming increasingly urgent. As an important energy hub in Central Europe, the Czech Republic faces the dual challenges of integrating new energy sources and managing grid fluctuations. Leveraging the technical advantages of its liquid-cooled energy storage systems, Hua Power has established a deep partnership with local energy companies to tailor a rapid-response frequency regulation solution specifically for the Prague grid. 2. Technical highlights: Three core advantages of liquid cooling energy storage systems High-efficiency heat dissipation, stable operation The project adopts liquid cooling technology, with a cooling capacity of ≤40.0KW. The cooling liquid is a mixture of 50% water and 50% ethylene glycol, ensuring that the battery temperature remains stable within ±3℃ during high-frequency charging and discharging, extending the battery life by more than 30%. Millisecond response, precise frequency modulation The system is equipped with an intelligent control system that can monitor grid frequency fluctuations in real time and adjust active/reactive power with millisecond-level rapid response, achieving a regulation accuracy of ±1%. This effectively mitigates instantaneous grid shocks and ensures stable grid operation. Modular design, flexible deployment The 2*1.72MWh containerised energy storage unit adopts a standardised design, enabling rapid transport and installation, and adapting to Europe's complex geographical environment and grid connection requirements.   3. Cooperation model: Multi-party collaboration to empower smart grids Deep cooperation between energy companies The project signed a capacity lease + dynamic revenue sharing agreement with a local energy company to obtain revenue based on discharge power and duration, which not only ensured the project's economic viability, but also improved the market efficiency of grid regulation resource allocation. Grid-level coordinated dispatching The system is connected to the Czech national grid dispatch platform and supports remote control of active/reactive power, simultaneously meeting the dual requirements of primary frequency regulation and reactive power compensation, significantly improving the grid's capacity to accommodate distributed power sources.   4.
