A cement and concrete products manufacturer in Lanxi, Zhejiang faced rising electricity costs driven by high peak-hour tariffs and an energy-intensive production profile. Traditional manufacturing of this kind needs a green transformation path that cuts operating costs without disrupting output.

Hua Power deployed a user-side energy storage system to capture the daily peak-valley price spread, flatten the plant's demand curve, and bring clean, controllable energy management to a conventionally heavy-load site.

Seven Cabinets,
One Coordinated System.

The system is built from seven 100 kW / 215 kWh integrated liquid-cooling cabinets (HC215-class outdoor liquid-cooled ESS) wired in parallel for a total rating of 0.7 MW / 1.505 MWh. Each cabinet is an IP54 outdoor enclosure with its own liquid-cooling loop, BMS, and perfluorohexanone fire suppression.

Cloud-based EMS coordinates the seven units as a single fleet — charging during valley hours from cheap off-peak power and discharging during peak hours to offset expensive grid tariffs. Together with the plant's existing switchgear, the installation brings green transformation to a traditionally heavy-load manufacturer.
